Pierre Naudé, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Pierre Naudé played a key role in the founding of nCino and has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors since its inception. With more than 35 years of financial technology experience, Pierre is passionate about transforming the financial services industry through innovation, reputation, and speed. He is the visionary behind nCino's strong and innovative culture, which has been widely recognized across the industry, including being named to the Forbes Cloud 100 for two consecutive years, being named the No. 1 "Best Fintech to Work For" by SourceMedia, and the Best Company for Career Growth in 2021 by Comparably. Under Pierre's leadership, nCino has grown from a startup in Wilmington, N.C. to a premier global fintech company with financial institution customers of all sizes around the world.
Previously, Pierre served as the Divisional President of S1 Corporation from October 2005 to its acquisition in February 2012. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Managing Partner of Unisys, a global information technology company.
Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Upper Iowa University.

Josh Glover, President and Chief Revenue Officer
Josh Glover serves as nCino's President and Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for global sales, pre-sales, business development, channels and alliances, and marketing, in addition to leading nCino's business and operations. A year-one nCino employee, Josh has been vital to the Company's growth, overseeing customers' digital transformation journeys and spearheading nCino's expansion across North America, EMEA and APAC. Prior to joining nCino, he served as a Relationship Manager at Live Oak Bank following a decade of service as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer. Josh is a decorated combat veteran who led Marines through four deployments and whose awards include the Silver Star Medal, the Bronze Star Medal for valor, and three Purple Heart Medals. He is also a Board member for The Marine Raider Foundation, a non-profit that provides benevolent support to the Marines, Sailors, and families of Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command.
Josh is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Greg Orenstein, Chief Financial Officer
Greg Orenstein serves as nCino's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company's global financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, and facilities. Greg joined nCino in 2015 and has held a number of key executive positions, most recently serving as its Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer. Prior to that, he served as nCino's Chief Corporate Development & Legal Officer and Secretary. Greg has played a critical role in driving the Company's growth, corporate strategy, acquisition, investment, and corporate finance activities, including leading nCino's initial public offering and secondary offering in 2020. Prior to joining nCino in 2015, he was Of Counsel at the global law firm of DLA Piper and held various executive positions at S1 Corporation, a publicly traded provider of financial services software.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Sean Desmond, Chief Customer Success Officer
Sean Desmond serves as nCino's Chief Customer Success Officer and brings more than 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry to the nCino team. Sean is responsible for ensuring customer success globally and oversees all of the Company's customer experience functions, including implementation, support, training, integrations, and customer success management. Sean is passionate about building high performing teams and has successfully led delivery and professional services organizations at multiple large-scale technology companies.
Prior to joining nCino in 2013, Sean held various positions at Informatica, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Delivery. Prior to that, he served as a Business Analyst at Platinum Technologies.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.

Matt Hansen, Chief Product Officer
Matt Hansen serves as nCino's Chief Product Officer, overseeing the Company's Product Development & Engineering organization globally.
In 2011, Matt founded SimpleNexus, an nCino company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer for more than 10 years. During that time, Matt executed an ambitious, long-term vision of developing mobile-first technology for the modern mortgage lender to streamline the path to homeownership and address key industry pain points while preserving lender flexibility and efficiency. His deep expertise in mobile applications and SaaS development and his passion for building transformative technology helps accelerate nCino's development of innovative, best-in-class cloud-based software across lines of business.

April Rieger, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Secretary
April Rieger is nCino's Executive Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing all aspects of the Company's legal function, including contracts, governance, compliance and intellectual property matters. She joined nCino in 2018 after more than a decade as an attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., one of the world's premier law firms, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and litigation matters. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
April holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.

Chris Ainsworth, Chief People Officer
Chris Ainsworth serves as nCino's Chief People Officer, overseeing the Company's global talent functions, including Human Resources, Recruiting, and Employee Enablement. He brings approximately 25 years of experience leading high performing teams in complex global organizations. Prior to joining nCino in June 2022, Chris served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer of CFA Institute, a global association of investment professionals, where he implemented a multi-year roadmap to reshape company culture and define cultural values, improved company engagement, and introduced the first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function. Previously, he held senior talent and HR roles at institutions including TD Bank, American Express and GMAC Insurance.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Management from Northeast Louisiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.

Pullen Daniel, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy
Pullen Daniel serves as nCino's Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy, helping lead the Company's strategic planning, corporate development, and M&A initiatives. Previously, Pullen led nCino's operations in EMEA, starting its London office, winning key international customer accounts, and spearheading the Company's expansion across the continent. Before starting nCino's London office and EMEA presence, Pullen led all U.S. sales for the Company. A co-founder of nCino, Pullen has 20 years of financial services and banking experience and prior to nCino served as the Director and Vice President of the business advisory group at Live Oak Bank.
Pullen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Davis Brannan, Executive Vice President, Ecosystems & Strategic Growth
Davis Brannan serves as nCino's Executive Vice President, Ecosystems & Strategic Growth. In his role, Davis leads multiple business lines for the Company, including global partners, global enablement, and the partner markets channel, as well as overseeing nCino's businesses in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Davis joined nCino in 2015, after more than 14 years at Accenture, where he served as a leader in their banking practice, advising and consulting with financial institutions around the world.
Davis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Ben Miller, Chief Executive Officer of SimpleNexus, an nCino Company
Ben Miller serves as Chief Executive Officer of SimpleNexus, an nCino Company, overseeing the continued growth and expansion of the SimpleNexus business and driving innovation that continues to transform the home lending industry for the better.
A co-founder of SimpleNexus and a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of experience driving innovative business strategy, operations, and go to market activities, Ben played a critical role in scaling the business into the leading digital homeownership software company in the U.S., serving more than 300 independent mortgage banks (IMBs), over 100 banks and credit unions and more than 41,000 loan originators nationwide.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
