“The nCino Bank Operating System gave us a competitive advantage because it allowed us to leverage the capabilities of a worldwide fintech company within our small community bank.”- Kashona Dotson
When asked where she expects to see further efficiency gains from the nCino Platform in the future, Kashona said that the bank is configuring and integrating nCino’s Spreads feature, which will further help with system consolidation. She feels this feature will speed up the underwriting process by preventing analysts from having to spend extra time entering numbers so they can focus more time and attention on analyzing and coaching lenders through collecting financials.
