Chief Executive Officer
Pierre Naudé played a key role in the founding of nCino and oversees all aspects of the organization including strategy, sales, marketing, professional services, customer support and product engineering. Under his leadership, nCino has become one of the fastest growing financial technology companies and has been featured by top publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur and American Banker. Named a 2015 Innovator to Watch by Bank Innovation, Pierre has over 30 years of financial technology experience, previously serving as divisional president of community financial at S1 Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Upper Iowa University.
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Babka brings over 40 years of experience in financial and operational management to nCino, with a specific focus in the technology and software sectors. After a long tenure at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Jeff held chief financial officer positions at five publicly traded and privately-held companies. Prior to nCino, he was a venture partner at Insight Venture Partners, a global private equity firm, where he worked with Insight's portfolio company executives to drive operating efficiency and process improvement in their business and maximize returns for their investors. Jeff is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton and holds an MBA from Manhattan College.
Managing Director – Europe
Pullen Daniel is the managing director of nCino's European office, working with international financial institutions across all asset classes. Pullen is a co-founder of nCino and has over 14 years of financial services and banking experience. Previously, he served as director and vice president of the business advisory group at Live Oak Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
EVP Sales – Americas
Josh Glover leads the nCino team responsible for sales and account management within community, regional and enterprise financial institutions in North America. Prior to joining nCino, Josh managed a nationwide portfolio of small business loans as a relationship manager at Live Oak Bank. He is a decorated combat veteran who led Marines throughout four combat deployments during a decade of service as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer. Josh is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
EVP Product Development & Engineering
Trisha Price leads the team responsible for the design, development and roadmap of the nCino Bank Operating System. She has over 15 years of financial services and technology experience, previously leading development organizations at Primatics Financial and Eagle Investment Systems. Trisha has also led the Securities Accounting department at Fannie Mae and developed Net Investment Income forecasting models at John Hancock. She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from North Carolina State University and a master's degree in software engineering from Harvard University.
EVP Customer Success
Sean Desmond oversees all of the customer experience functions and customer success strategy at nCino, including implementation, support, training, integrations and customer success management. In this role, he is responsible for overall customer satisfaction at nCino. Sean has over 20 years of enterprise software experience, previously serving as vice president of global delivery at Informatica, where he held several services management roles with delivery and P&L responsibilities. Prior to Informatica, Sean was a business analyst and data consultant at Platinum Technologies. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from James Madison University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jonathan Rowe oversees the company's research, marketing, recruiting and business development activities, and has helped establish nCino's worldwide brand. He has presented at dozens of banking and technology conferences and published numerous articles and whitepapers. He is a faculty member at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado where he teaches loan portfolio management. Prior to joining nCino, Jonathan was a professor in the Cameron School of Business and director of the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a Ph.D. from the University of Auckland.
EVP Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Davis Brannan is responsible for nCino's global market strategy, strategic consulting and product partnerships in addition to the community citizenship and service focus for the company. He brings over 15 years of financial services and technology experience to nCino. Previously, he was a senior manager in the banking practice at Accenture where he consulted with enterprise banks around the world. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Georgia.
EVP Corporate Development & Chief Legal Officer
Greg Orenstein is responsible for mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance activities, providing specialized management and operational support, and overseeing the worldwide legal affairs of nCino. He has over 20 years of legal and corporate finance experience, previously working in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group at the global law firm of DLA Piper LLP. Prior to that role, Greg served as SVP corporate development and chief legal officer at S1 Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
Chief Risk & Information Officer
Izak Cronier leads the information technology and security team in installing, configuring and maintaining nCino's existing cloud infrastructure, applications and client environments. He has over 15 years of financial services and banking experience, previously serving as managing director of informational technology at S1 Corporation. Prior to this role, Izak served as vice president of customer services at Mosaic Software. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from the University of Stellenbosch.
