By the end of 2020, AIB saw a 52% reduction in paper and their customers have experienced a 63% increase in the speed of their loan decisions. Since automating their asset finance and lending processes, the AIB team can ensure their customers receive the support they need faster, an issue that became even more urgent during the pandemic.
