Exciting news! IDC Financial Insights announced nCino as the winner of the 2020 IDC FinTech Rankings Real Results Award for Banking Transformation.

The 2020 Real Results Awards recognize IT providers that have enabled a genuine, measurable, and future-enabling change at a client financial institution (bank, capital markets firm, or insurer) in the worldwide financial services industry. nCino was recognized for our work with Huntingdon Valley Bank as they transformed their commercial and SME lending.

Huntingdon Valley Bank (HVB), a five-branch, $352 million-asset company headquartered in Pennsylvania, knew technology was key to becoming competitive in the commercial banking space. They also knew the nCino Bank Operating System was the right platform to help them get there—but only if it could be implemented in less than 90 days.

With nCino’s Accelerate Delivery Model, which meets the needs of financial institutions looking to quickly and cost effectively implement nCino, HVB was able to go live on nCino’s cloud-based platform and add commercial lending to their portfolio in just 72 days. Then, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, HVB quickly added nCino’s SBA Solution to facilitate PPP loans and processed just under $80 million in loans spread across nearly 500 applications, including a peak of $25 million in one day. nCino’s SBA Solution enabled HVB’s employees to clock far more reasonable hours each day while still generating much higher volumes. After the CARES Act passed, HVB was able to process 7x the amount of PPP loans with nCino’s help versus their previous process. This rapid go-live allowed the Bank to maximize on its investment and swiftly realize true business value through an efficient and scalable solution.
