**TOKYO, JAPAN – July 30, 2026 -- nCino, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCNO)**, the platform for agentic AI banking, today announced that The Hiroshima Bank, Ltd. (Head Office: Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; Director and President: Kazuo Kiyomune) a subsidiary of Hirogin Holdings, Inc. ("the Group"), has selected [the nCino Platform](https://www.ncino.com/) as the core system for its consumer lending operations.

Under its Mid-Term Management Plan 2024, Hiroshima Bank is pursuing a value-creation strategy for the mutual growth of the region, its customers and the Group, positioning the transformation of its sales process as a key strategic initiative. While Hiroshima Bank had achieved some results in its consumer lending business — including mortgage loans — through interest rate restructuring and expanded online application channels, it recognized that further optimization in both sales capability and operational efficiency was essential to reaching its goals. This initiative is part of that key sales process transformation: with the introduction of the nCino Platform, Hiroshima Bank will launch a full-scale overhaul of its sales process for consumer lending, including mortgage loans, centered on centralized cloud-based management and a reduced operational burden.

Building on early progress from interest rate restructuring and online application channels, the Bank will consolidate its entire consumer lending process onto the nCino Platform. This includes every step from application to contract, across mortgage, apartment, and unsecured loans, replacing paper-based workflows and systems that were previously scattered across the organization. By streamlining these operations, the Bank's existing team will be able to handle a greater volume of cases while dedicating more time to personalized service and proposal capabilities.

As a result, many operations that previously required substantial staff time will be optimized and streamlined, freeing employees to focus on higher-value work such as building trusted relationships with customers and proposing solutions to their challenges. This is also expected to significantly improve customer convenience, with the goal of reducing response times to as little as approximately 10 minutes.

Through this initiative, nCino aims not only to support Hiroshima Bank's transformation of its mortgage lending operations, but also to become a partner that helps address challenges common to regional banks and further contributes to local communities.

> “We are honored to be able to support Hiroshima Bank's challenge in the mortgage lending business through nCino's platform,” said Itsuki Nomura, Representative Director and Country Manager at nCino. "We will continue to provide flexible, scalable solutions to further contribute to the region."
