Through nVolve, nCino builds lasting community partnerships that empower employees to volunteer and give back to the local organizations and causes that matter most to them.

At nCino, building long-term partnerships that strengthen the communities where we live and work is an integral part of our mission. With teams across the globe, we have the opportunity to support local organizations and initiatives that are doing meaningful work in all the places our employees call home.

Our corporate partnerships create pathways for deeper involvement. When nCino commits to an organization, it opens doors for our employees to contribute their time, skills, and passion in ways that go beyond what they could do individually. nVolve, our program dedicated to powering communities and empowering futures, supports our philanthropic contributions and connecting our employees to volunteer opportunities that connect them with the causes that matter to them and their neighbors. Here are a few of the partnerships we're proud to be part of.

Fighting Hunger Together: The nCino Hunger Solutions Center

The nCino Hunger Solutions Center in Wilmington opened in 2023 as the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC's newest facility. Serving five counties in the Cape Fear region, The Food Bank works to provide food to community members in need while also promoting long-term solutions to ending hunger.

The Food Bank does more than just package and distribute meals to the community. They also offer SNAP grocery support for more than 1.4 million people across North Carolina, provide disaster relief following major storms, offer education and training for unemployed individuals, and supply school-based pantries for afterschool programs and families in need. Volunteering to pack and distribute food packages is a favorite volunteer activity for our employees looking to give back to the Wilmington community!

Creating a Community Hub: The nCino Sports Park

Located just five minutes from downtown Wilmington, the nCino Sports Park, completed in Fall 2024, boasts eleven full-size sports fields available for both classic and recreational sports leagues. It’s also home to the Wilmington Hammerheads soccer club, one of the top youth soccer clubs in the state, available to players of all ages and skill levels. As many as 3,600 people can attend sporting events at one time, ranging from sports such as lacrosse, football, ultimate frisbee, rugby, college intramural teams, recreational leagues, and high school tournaments. The park offers Wilmington something it’s never had before, a large enough space to host tournaments, bringing our local community and folks from surrounding areas together to encourage and enjoy youth sports.

Sparking Curiosity: The nCino Digital Dome

We're proud to support Wilmington’s new Cape Fear Museum through our sponsorship of the nCino Digital Dome, expected to open in Spring 2026. Given Wilmington's unique position as a coastal city with rich history and diverse ecosystems, this won't be a standard planetarium. The 1,000-square-foot space will seat 60 people and offer 360-degree immersive experiences that reflect what makes this region special—astronomy, marine biology, environmental science, and local history. Sara Izad, associate director of engineering at nCino and board member of the Cape Fear Museum Associates, was instrumental in identifying this partnership opportunity. We can't wait to see students and families explore and learn in this space.

Inspiring the Next Generation: The nCino Innovation Lab

Our most recent community partnership is the nCino Innovation Lab in Provo, Utah—a collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County. Together with the Club, we’re helping establish a dedicated space within their new 20,000-square-foot facility where young people can develop STEM skills, explore technology and build the confidence to become future innovators.

Utah is home to our second largest employee base, and this partnership is our first major community initiative there. By partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Utah County, nCino is investing in the next generation of leaders, builders, and problem-solvers who will drive this community and nCino’s continued success.

Building Community, Together

We've always believed the best partnerships are the ones that actually show up, not just with a check, but with rolled-up sleeves and genuine commitment to the communities where our employees live and work.

That's why when we partner with organizations like these around the world, it's never just about putting our logo on something. Our teams get involved. They volunteer. They listen to what communities actually need and figure out how we can help make it happen. If you’re interested in learning more about our community involvement, visit our nVolve page to learn more.
