# nCino MVP Program: Recognizing the Customers Who Go Above and Beyond
_Published: 2026-11-05T10:00:00.000-05:00_

_Our new MVP Program honors nCino customers for their commitment to learning, community engagement, and partnership with our teams._

The **nCino MVP Program**, launched at nSight 2026 with a first class of more than 100 customers, recognizes individuals who go above and beyond in developing their expertise of the nCino Platform, supporting their colleagues, and helping others succeed across the broader nCino ecosystem.

## What Makes an nCino MVP

What sets these individuals apart is how they learn, collaborate, and contribute to the wider community of nCino users.

nCino MVPs are often active in [**nCino Community**](https://www.ncino.com/community-university)**, **our online hub for customers to ask questions, share ideas, and access support resources. Many also invest time in **nCino University**, completing training and certifications to build their expertise, and participate in our weekly Office Hours sessions.

To identify recipients, we turned to the nCino employees who work closely with customers: the team that runs the nCino Community, our nCino University trainers, our Support Engineers and our Customer Success Managers. They nominated individuals based on their firsthand experience working with them, and their selections reflected several areas of involvement:

- **Community engagement **— Answering questions, sharing knowledge and contributing to discussion in nCino Community.
- **Commitment to learning** — Participating in nCino University trainings, pursuing nCino certifications, and attending Office Hours.
- **Partnership with nCino teams** — Working constructively with Support and Customer Success to solve problems together.
- **Advocacy inside their institutions** **—** Sharing best practices and serving as a go-to resource for their colleagues.

Jennifer Adams, Global Learning & Enablement Director at nCino, was a part of the selection committee. She noted that many names appeared on more than one list.  “Community, University, Support, Customer Success, and Managed Services, were all picking the same people without comparing notes,” she explained. “That’s not a coincidence. The customers who really dig into nCino show up everywhere, so naturally, we’d all notice them as an nCino MVP.”

The MVP group also includes nCino Community Champions, members of a longstanding program that recognizes a small number of the most active and helpful contributors to nCino Community.

## Recognizing the People Behind the Work

Becoming an nCino expert takes **time and commitment.  **

> "Our nCino MVPs keep showing up. They’re the ones who come back to learn the next feature, sharpen a skill or stay up to date on what’s changed. Our nCino University trainers get to know them by name — not just as attendees, but as people who are genuinely invested in growing their own expertise. That kind of curiosity and follow-through is rare, and it’s something we really value in them."

As our platform evolves, these people continue developing skills that help their institutions make the most of nCino.

The impact of that expertise can spread well beyond an individual’s institution. When one customer shares a solution, another benefits. When users share feedback and ideas, they help our teams improve the platform for everyone.

The MVP Program is one way we can recognize and make those contributions more visible, not only to our teams at nCino, but also to recipients’ colleagues, leadership, and peers across the banking industry.

For some members of our first class, the recognition reflects years of involvement. **“I have been engaged with nCino since 2019 and have made great connections within the nCino family,"** one 2026 MVP shared.

At nSight, our annual user conference, MVPs are honored by name and invited to a dedicated gathering where they can connect with fellow recipients.

## Looking Ahead to nSight 2027

To our first MVP class, thank you for the knowledge, time, and care you bring to your work and the broader nCino community.

We can’t wait to celebrate the 2027 class of nCino MVPs at **nSight 2027, May 11–13.  **
