In early June, nCino employees gathered for One nCino Day, a global event that embodies our vibrant culture and celebrates the unique individuals who help shape it. #### **Recognizing nCino Values** This year’s inaugural One nCino Day featured a variety of activities designed to strengthen our connections and promote inclusivity across our global teams. Our Core Value “Respect Each Other” was brought to life, highlighting how our differences in cultures, locations, and backgrounds empower us to innovate and make positive impacts in all aspects of life. At the heart of One nCino Day were our six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), who play a crucial role in fostering inclusivity and community at nCino. The day included panel discussions, cultural exchange sessions, and team-building exercises, plus plenty of food and fun! #### **Global Celebrations** As a global company, our offices celebrated One nCino Day with their own special twists, reflecting their local cultures while embracing our unified spirit. Our **Wilmington, NC Headquarters** hosted an onsite cookout with ERG-themed carnival games and a sponsored raffle. The **Lehi, UT office** served a BBQ-style lunch, conducted educational sessions led by ERGs, and concluded with a scavenger hunt offering exciting rewards. Our international teams also joined in the festivities!** The Japan team** enjoyed an intimate dinner by the water, while the** South Africa office** savored a buffet of various treats and learned more about our ERGs. **The UK team** spent the day by the water on a boat cruise and participated in an ERG roundtable. In the Asia-Pacific region, celebrations were equally vibrant. **The New Zealand team** dined at a local Samoan restaurant, and members of **the Melbourne office** connected with ERGs in a Q&A session before visiting an American-themed bowling alley. **Our teams in Sydney** also enjoyed an American tavern experience with games and great food! **Our remote employees** weren't left out of the fun and games—they participated in an ERG-hosted Meet & Greet session and engaged in a virtual trivia game with fun prizes. As we look forward to next year's celebration, we remain dedicated to nurturing the vibrant culture that drives our success. One nCino Day is more than just an event; it's a testament to our belief that our differences make us stronger and more innovative as a company.
